The Merlot grapes used to create this wine were gathered in an organic vineyard in Qadita, in the upper-Galilee. The unique quality of this wine attests to the use of an extraordinarily rich and complex variety of Merlot, characterized by its cherry taste. The grape's taste is enriched with French and American oak fragrances: clove, chocolate, vanilla, mocha and smoke. The combination of strength and subtlety gives this wine an unforgettable presence.
