The Adom Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet grown in three of our Upper Galilee vineyards (91% Kadita (organic), 3% Friedman (Kerem Ben Zimra) and 6% Rozenberg (Kerem Ben Zimra).
Barrels:
Aged 20 months in
70% French Oak (Taransaud, Saury, Vernou)
30% American Oak (Schahinger, Canton , Boswell)
Harvest Dates:
Seven Cabernet harvests, in all, from September 15, 2005 to October 4, 2005.
Tasting Notes:
Delicate yet intense. Cherries, plums and blackberries, dark chocolate, vanilla and nutmeg. Soft tannin, long after taste.
