Saslove Adom, Merlot 2005

Silver medal in “Eshkol Hazahav” 2008, 2005 vintage

This wine is made from 100% Merlot grapes from our organic vineyard in Kadita. It is rich in raspberry, cherry, plum and blackberry aromas. 20 months of aging in French and American oak enriched it with mocha, chocolate, nutmeg, cloves and maple syrup bouquet. It is smooth and rich, with soft tanins and long finish.
