Saslove Adom, Cabernet Sauvignon is rich with cherry, raspberry, plum and dewberry tastes, and its soft texture is apparent upon taste. The wine was aged 20 months in “Taransaud” French oak barrels as well as “ Canton ” and “Schahinger” American barrels. The aging process has enriched the wine with a complex seasoning of mint, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, mocha, chocolate, vanilla, and a subtle hint of smoky flavor. This wine has a full body, and smooth endurance. A refined balance of tannins and acerbity leaves a long lasting refreshing taste.
