Saslove Reserved Jasmine Gewurztraminer dessert 2004-2005

This wine was made from Gewürztraminer grapes of two vintages: During fermentation, a year-aged wine was added to the must. This is, perhaps the most fruity dessert wine that I have produced to date, with flavours of pink grapefruit, passion-fruit, mango, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, lichi and many still hidden tropical fruit. Although this is a desert wine, the wine is actually not overly sweet. As with all Jasmine dessert wines, this one is sure to leave a smile on your face.
