“My wine is rich and elegant, which elevates the senses when savoured. The story of this wine begins high in the Galilee mountain range, 800 meters above sea level. The basalt soil and cool, dry mountain air are ideal for the cultivation of choice wine grapes. The wine is aged in a variety of French and American oak barrels, so as to attain a rich and unique seasoning. The combination of modern technology, expertise and age-old tradition bears wine which leaves an unforgettable sensual experience. The synthetic corks I use to seal my bottles maintain quality consistence. I recommend storing the wine in the standing position, in a cool room.
