The name Barry Saslove has become synonymous to wine courses and publications in Israel. Barry has always been a wine educator at heart, and continues to teach thousands of avid wine lovers the art of wine tasting and appreciation. In 1998 the Saslove family established the Winery in Kibbutz Eyal, between Kfar Sava and Kohav Yair. Barry furnished the winery with state-of-the-art equipment from Italy. The winery includes a temperature-controlled barrel room, a lab, and an open space where the club meetings and wine seminars are held.
