In 1998 the Saslove family established the Winery in Kibbutz Eyal, near Kfar Saba. The making of Saslove wines begins 800 meters above ground in the Upper-Galilee Vineyards. The basalt soil and cool dry mountain air are an ideal environment for the growth of exceptional wine-grapes. The grapes are gathered and selected by hand at dawn, and are placed in special protective containers. Saslove produces 3 series of red wine "Aviv", "Adom" and "Reserved", a dessert wine and also a small quantity of white wine. The winery employs state-of-the-art technology, lifelong experience and skill, and ancient tradition thus creating excellent, unforgettable wine. In 2007 a fermentation site was built in Tzuriel in the Upper Galilee near the vineyards to minimize transportation and for the grapes to arrive fresh and cool. In Eyal visitors are welcome to come and taste the wines and learn more about the unique world wines.
