Barry Saslove
A Canadian computer engineer has been a wine lover for many years. He used to travel around the world, exploring the wine culture of different countries, teaching his fellow workers the art of wine appreciation and writing the book "Introduction to the World of Wine", which has become a best seller.
In 1991 he followed his passion of wine and left computers for a new career of winemaking.
In 1998 Saslove Winery was established in Kibbutz Eyal and later on another facility in the Upper Galilee near the vineyards.
Roni Saslove
Barry's middle daughter, stomped her first grapes at the age of 14.
In 2002 after accomplishing her BSc joined the winery full time.
In 2008 Roni graduated Enology and Viticulture program at Brock University Ontario.
